Two UK accountancy firms have reached agreement on a merger deal that will create a business with around 3500 staff and more than 30 offices.
BDO, which has an office in Glasgow, and PKF, which has Scottish sites in Glasgow and Edinburgh, first disclosed the plans last month in a move which brings together the UK's sixth and 12th biggest accountancy firms. The combined practice will have revenues of £400m.
