Although it declined to give figures, the spirit and wine merchant said Benromach volumes in the UK increased by 13%.
Exports growth was 55% driven by strong performance in China, Sweden, the United States of America and France. Michael Urquhart, managing director of family run Gordon & MacPhail, which has owned Benromach distillery since 1993, said: "As the smallest distillery in Speyside, Benromach is punching above its weight in terms of sales growth.
