SHARES in Celtic FC surged almost 16% as the stock continued its recent upward trajectory.
The Parkhead club's shares have risen substantially since Rangers listed on the Alternative Investment Market in mid-December.
At that point Celtic's share price was 39p but it ended 2012 at 50p and closed up 9p at 65.5p yesterday.
