The family-owned firm, which was granted a Royal Warrant in 2008, was founded as a timber ladder-maker by William Clow in 1913.
It soon branched into general trade supplies, but expanded more rapidly from 1980, when with Douglas Clow, chairman and grandson of William, the company moved into the design, manufacture and hire of access equipment and solutions.
