CAERUS Resources, the Banchory-based recruitment specialist for the upstream oil and gas sector, has won three contracts expected to be worth a combined six-figure sum to the business.

The new deals will see it manage the hiring needs of two major oil and gas operators for a broad spectrum of roles, including well construction, well management, petroleum engineering and sub-surface disciplines.

A third contract has seen Caerus being named preferred supplier status providing personnel across the North Sea portfolio of a further major operator.

That deal will also involve Caerus being responsible for attracting and retaining staff using tailored competency assessments.

Caerus said the value of each contract will depend on the number of roles it is asked to fill and the number of placements it successfully makes.

However, it said it expects their collective value to run into six figures.

Caerus managing director Jo McIntosh said: "These latest contract wins come as a result of our unwavering commitment to providing real value to our clients and candidates alike, as well as our new competency-based service offering.

"It has been an exciting time for the business with Aberdeen continuing to prove itself to be a buoyant market."

Caerus moved to bigger premises in Banchory last year in response to growing demand for its services.
