Deadline day for digital awards just around corner

THE entry deadline for The Herald Scottish Digital Business Awards, which is being held in association with Enigma People Solutions, Jumpstart UK, Metadigital, The University of Glasgow and Hillington Park Innovation Centre, is fast approaching.

These important industry awards cover many parts of the digital sector including mobile apps, outside advertising, student projects and online marketing.

Professor Jon Cooper, from The University of Glasgow, said: "Glasgow recognises the importance of education and embedding new skills for digital businesses, a workforce expected to grow by 39 per cent by 2030."

Entries to the awards can be made online via the dedicated event site at www.herald-events.com/digitalawards until September 4.
