Despite the "refreshed approach" recommended in the Scottish e-Commerce Study by consultants SQW in May to improve Scotland's position from "way behind other parts of the UK", Sunday Herald enquiries reveal no significant shift in SE attitudes to a fast-growing specialised sector in which the UK is an acknowledged global leader.
