The price is at the upper end of the range pitched to investors at a series of roadshows the company has held since announcing plans to return to the stock market on February 20.
Countrywide, which has 40 branches in Scotland, has been privately owned since its acquisition by US private equity firm Apollo Management for £1.1 billion in 2007.
