ROYAL Bank of Scotland and other lenders are reported to have sent a turnaround expert in to the Co-Operative Group to help the mutual in its recovery.
Bob Hedger will act for a consortium of major UK lenders, which includes Royal Bank and Lloyds Banking Group.
The Co-op group reported a £2.5 billion annual loss.
