Fallon talks tough on bills

BUSINESS Minister Michael Fallon has reiterated his threat to publish the names of all members of the FTSE 350 index of companies that do not sign up to the Prompt Payment Code.

He said: "They have got another month to sign up." There have been claims the late payment of bills is hindering small and medium-sized businesses.
