Fat sales rise at fashion firm

Fashion retailer FatFace saw total sales increase 15% to £98.9 million in the 26 weeks to November 30, a period when it opened six new stores to reach a total of 208.

The firm said over the pre-Christmas period it maintained its full-price stance before beginning its sale on Boxing Day, and sales for the five weeks to January 4 increased by 5%.
