Sigma, the Edinburgh-based regeneration specialist, has said tenants are already moving in to the first completed new homes under its Liverpool joint venture with Gatehouse Bank, four months after launch.
The initial units are part of a £100m development of 927 new homes, with additional developments expected, in one of the UK's first large-scale private rented sector projects.
