FirstGroup chief O'Toole declines bonus payment

THE chief executive of FirstGroup has decided to waive his bonus while its chairman agreed not to take an increase in fees, writes Greig Cameron.

Tim O'Toole, pictured, has been under pressure from shareholders over the performance of the Aberdeen-based transport giant and decided not to take a bonus payment which could have been worth up to 106% of his £846,000 annual salary.
