The Carluke-based jam and cake ingredient maker R&W Scott, which employs more than 60 people and is headed by managing director John Easton, was highlighted as a strong performer.
That business, now being run as a standalone subsidiary, has been successful in securing supermarket listings for its jams and launched a new range of sweet sauces.
