Games maker bought over

NEW Zealand computer games developer Ninja Kiwi has bought Dundee-based studio Digital Goldfish for an undisclosed sum.

All 15 of the Scottish firm's staff will transfer over as part of the deal.

The two businesses have worked together on adapting the hit game Bloons, made by Ninja Kiwi, for mobile devices.

Barry Petrie, the co-founder of Digital Goldfish, said: "This deal made absolute sense for both parties and was a natural progressive step in the relationship between the two companies."
