Gloag sells shares in Stagecoach

STAGECOACH co-founder Ann Gloag has sold almost £140,000 of shares in the transport giant.

She offloaded 52,000 shares at 268p in a week that saw stock in the Perth transport giant jump by around 7%. It left Ms Gloag with 62.5 million ordinary shares, equivalent to a 10.85% stake.

Standard and Poor's yesterday tipped Stagecoach to report an increase in turnover of up to 6% in the 12 months to April 30 , 2013.
