Goodman assets in hands of receivers City Site Estates loses control of four properties in London

A Scottish property entre-preneur has seen four of his London assets put into receivership.

Louis Goodman's City Site Estates had been trying to offload around £130 million of its portfolio in London for almost a year.

Now the 58,000 sq ft Bevis Marks House, the 30,000 sqft Kensington Church Street, the 80,000 sq ft 51 Eastcheap and another property on St Mary-at-Hill have been put into the hands of receivers.
