RECKITT Benckiser has named its pharmaceuticals division as Indivior ahead of the planned listing of the addiction treatment specialist on the London Stock Exchange on December 23.
Shareholders in the Nurofen and Strepsils company will be asked to vote on the plan for the demerger on Thursday, December 11.
