AIM-listed logistics company Interbulk has slightly lowered the fees it pays to Jim McColl's Clyde Blowers.

The Interbulk annual report notes that a fee of £414,610 was recorded during the 12 months to September 30, 2014, which was down from £419,501 in the prior year.

The document says the fee covers in house legal services, general administration and office space along with the services of Mr McColl and Interbulk finance director Scott Cunningham.

The report shows Mr McColl received a fee of £10,302 for being a non-executive director but this was halved from the prior year.

Mr Cunningham got total emoluments of £160,676, which was below the £186,939 he picked up in the previous 12 months.

Chief executive Loek Kullberg, who formally took the role on October 1, 2013, received a total of £241,124 during his first year running the business.

Predecessor Koert van Wissen was paid £321,146 in the 2013 financial year. The most recent annual report notes £70,186 of payments to Mr van Wissen, who had moved to be a non-executive director before resigning from that role in June last year.
