TRANSPORT firm Grampian Continental has opened its second European base at Verona, Italy.
The Aberdeenshire firm is making the move after winning contracts for large projects in Cyprus plus an increase in oil industry work in Italy.
Management believe the site, which will initially have three staff, will give them a platform to target work in countries such as Romania and Turkey.
