ETPM said it would recruit four people in January, reflecting continuing confidence in the energy industry.
The company recruited six employees in 2012 and increased staffing numbers to 15.
Managing director Jeff Mountain said: "Investors are making significant moves into the subsea and renewables industry and we have also seen some very interesting new-start companies building momentum. That has led to the increased demand for personnel to support that level of activity."
