Housebuilder Miller Homes has announced it intends to list on the London Stock Exchange.
The Edinburgh company, which is owned by Miller Group, hopes to complete its initial public offering towards the end of next month.
In the first half of this year Miller Homes completed 845 house sales with the average price of £198,000.
