THERE will be nothing hollow about this hatful if William Chambers has anything to do with it.
The 34-year-old milliner will next month open his first shop in Glasgow's Merchant City, offering high-class headwear at mid-range prices. Already selling his range in stores including Harrods, Fortnum & Mason and Edinburgh's Harvey Nichols, in Glasgow Chambers has until now sold made-to-order pieces direct from his studio. Chambers, who also sells bridal millinery, will be exhibiting his range next weekend in Somerset House as part of London Fashion Week.
