The motor dealer – which has Hyundai, Skoda and Volks-wagen franchises in Ayr – saw pre-tax profits dwindle to £23,975 in 2012, from £57,387 the previous year.
The decline was attributed to capital spending of £574,707, up from £59,775, with much of that going on buying a new site then relocating the body shop and paint operations there.
