ABERDEEN-based SeaEnergy has appointed Oriel Securities as the company's Nominated Advisor and Broker.
Oriel succeds Investec Bank, which Aim-listed SeaEnergy had appointed as its nomad and broker in November 2011. The London Stock Exchange says nomads are corporate finance experts responsible for advising companies on their obligation as Aim-listed companies. Brokers assess the level of investor interest in shares and advise on issues such as their pricing.
