TWO Aberdeen-based oil services companies have merged in an attempt to win bigger and more complex jobs.
PEX Services, whose services include supplying explosive and cutting tools, has combined with Cognity engineering consultancy group, to form a company that will employ a total of 74 staff.
The enlarged business is expected to have turnover of more than £10 million this year.
