INFRASTRUCTURE services firm Balfour Beatty has said Belinda Richards and Bill Thomas have resigned from its board as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
Chairman Steve Marshall said the pair, who were only appointed in September 2013, served the company through a challenging period.
Leo Quinn is due to become its chief executive in January and it has said searches for a new chairman and chief financial officer are "being actively progressed".
