CONSTRUCTION firm Pert Bruce has secured £25 million of contracts as part of the development of the Ury Estate near Stonehaven.
Montrose -based Pert Bruce will build the first phase of 51 upmarket homes, with between five and eight bedrooms, on the site as well as converting Ury House into a luxury hotel.
Joint managing director Craig Bruce said he was confident the deal will secure the long term future of the company's 100-strong workforce.
Building is expected to start in the next few weeks.
