PINNACLE Technology Group has agreed a partnership deal with telecoms giant O2.
The confirmation sent shares in the AIM-listed firm up more than 10 per cent.
The agreement will see Pinnacle offering a range of O2's mobile, digital and public sector services to its clients.
The IT and cyber security business said that it will also be able to tap into supplier relationships with the likes of Microsoft and McAfee.
