PINNACLE Technology Group has raised £80,000 through an open offer of shares, slightly less than the £100,000 it had been aiming for.
However the AIM-listed IT provider also received approval at a general meeting yesterday to place a further £500,000 worth of shares through a placing. Almost 8.7 million shares will be admitted to AIM.
