The Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers (Usdaw), representing much of Lees' 270-strong workforce at its Lees of Scotland factory at Coatbridge and Waverley Bakery at Cambuslang, said the proposed £5.6 million buyout by the directors' Randotte vehicle would be in the best interests of its members.
