Oil and gas technology business Plexus Holdings has confirmed it raised £6.83 million through a share placing.
The Aberdeen company will use the money to expand its Asian sales operations and fund the second part of a subsea wellhead development project. Shares closed down 16.5p, almost 6% at 259.5p.
