PROPERTY consultancy GL Hearn has said it is working on providing planning advice for up to 4,000 homes across Scotland.
The company's Glasgow division has secured contracts with major housebuilders such as Taylor Wimpey and CALA.
It also secured business with the likes of Hallam Land Management, Wallace Land, National Grid and Lloyds Banking Group.
David Campbell, head of the Glasgow office, said the Scottish property market has been performing strongly in recent months.
