THE Quay Leisure Park in Glasgow has been put up for sale for £53.3 million.

The site, on the Clyde, has 13 leisure units and an Ibis hotel. Existing anchor tenants include Odeon Cinemas, The Original Bowling Company, Alea and Mecca Bingo, while there are also restaurant operators like Ashoka, Nando's and Chiquito.

Also being put on the market is the Radisson Blu hotel on Edinburgh's Royal Mile. The 238-bed hotel is part of a package being valued at £59m and also including a youth hostel as well as adjacent properties. The site generates around £3.55m in annual rent with the hotel let to Rezidor for the next 24 years.

Agents CBRE and JLL are also selling the Park Inn in Manchester for around £20m as part of the portfolio with the lots available individually or collectively for around £132.3m.
