Raynesway ready to build on £7m turnover increase

CIVIL engineering business Raynesway Construction has revealed a £7 million rise in turnover to £38m.

The Paisley-based firm, a subsidiary of Balfour Beatty, completed contracts across a range of sectors in 2011 and is targeting a rise in income to £42m in 2012.

Already this year it has secured a £1.9m project to build a new park-and-ride facility at Hampden Park and won a £3.2m tender for the construction of a new cemetery near Motherwell.
