AiB has secured a four-year Bankruptcy Restrictions Order (BRO) on John Brian Davidson, a hotel owner from Gretna, for not disclosing his bankrupt status when applying for further credit, despite being aware of this condition of his bankruptcy.
A bankrupt Scottish hotel owner who continued to obtain credit from local businesses and suppliers has been made subject to a restrictive order, as Scotland's insolvency service, Accountant in Bankruptcy, steps up its policing activity.
