ROSS and Liddell has acquired Dumbarton-based B&B Property Management for an undisclosed sum, writes Scott Wright.
The deal comes after B&B owner Jim Buchanan had been seeking a buyer as he prepares to retire. B&B was established in 1894 and services property across Dumbarton, Alexandria, Helensburgh, Rhu, Cardross and Balloch.
Irene Devenny, managing director of Ross & Liddell, said: "The acquisition will enable us to bring our expertise to the new properties that we will now manage and gives us the opportunity to further expand our business in the west of Scotland. It will also allow us to continue to deliver a first class service, which B&B clients have come to expect."
She added: "It is extremely important that the current level of service provided continues."
