A specialist oil and gas services group says it is on a recruitment drive to boost its operational workforce in Aberdeen, despite the current industry headwinds.
Sub-Atlantic, part of the Forum Energy Technologies group, has secured three international contracts with a combined value of over £3.5 million for the manufacture of three specialist remotely operated vehicles (ROVs).
The group also plans to add 20 jobs to the 300 at its manufacturing base in Yorkshire.
Ryan Lumsden, global product director for Sub-Atlantic, said: "Aberdeen remains a crucial centre of operations for us and we are looking to strengthen the team there to ensure we continue to meet our client's needs
