The BIG Partnership's lawyers lodged the petition on June 1 in the Court of Session in Edinburgh against RMJM for non-payment of what is rumoured to have amounted to tens of thousands of pounds. The minimum disputed sum that Scotland's highest civil court of first instance will consider is £5000.
