The quality of Scotland's natural larder will be highlighted by 20 firms at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair, taking place at London Olympia between now and Wednesday.
The producers, who specialise in everything from cheese and biscuits to salmon and game, will showcase their goods at the Land of Food and Drink pavilion, supported by industry body Scotland Food & Drink.
Among the Scottish exhibitors are companies awarded stars in the Great Taste Awards 2013, organised by the Guild of Fine Food, which are regarded as a benchmark for quality food and drink.
These include Stag Bakeries, which won three gold stars for its Stornoway water biscuit with Hebridean seaweed, and Great Glen Game, which was similarly honoured for its green pepper venison salami.
Stephanie Pritchard, of Scotland Food and Drink, said the show offers exhibitors the chance to meet new contacts, access markets and secure business.
She said: "Speciality & Fine Food Fair is one of the best attended food and drink trade shows in the country and is an excellent opportunity for producers to reach influential trade buyers from the UK and overseas looking to source artisan and fine quality produce."
The show coincides with Scottish Food & Drink Fortnight, a celebration of the industry taking place at hundreds of events between now and September 22.
