SCOTTISHPOWER has submitted its plan for a multimillion-pound headquarters in the centre of Glasgow.
The company, owned by Spanish parent Iberdrola, hopes to receive planning permission in time for construction work to start in the third quarter of next year. The building, at Charing Cross, will have 220,000sq ft of space and house around 1900 staff.
