ShareIn, which provides software to help businesses raise finance through crowdfunding, has plans to treble staff numbers after receiving a $1 million investment round.
The funding into the Edinburgh business has been led by Stirling based EMS Investments.
Now ShareIn, headed by Jude Cook, plans to hire four new employees as well as developing its product range.
