EXECUTIVE rewards at Smart Metering Systems rose from £556,727 to £952,580 as the firm changed the shape of its board ahead of its stock market listing.
Chief executive Alan Foy saw his emoluments go from £228,432 to £328,622, including a base salary of £259,897, a £50,000 bonus, £9500 of pension contributions and £9225 of other benefits such as health care.
Company founder Steve Timoney saw his package decrease to reflect his change of role from chief executive to deputy chairman. He received £196,206, down from £328,295 and took no bonus.
