SODEXO has won a contract renewal thought to be worth £300 million for catering and facilities management with energy company Talisman.
The five-year agreement, awarded after a bid process, secures around 300 jobs and covers 12 offshore installations, the Flotta oil terminal near Orkney and Talisman's Aberdeen office.
Sodexho had held the contract for the past eight years and has worked at Flotta for three decades.
