SPARROWS, the oil services group, has won a multi-million pound investment from an international private equity operation.
Aberdeen-based Sparrows said the funding provided by AEA Investors will help the company fast-track its global expansion strategy, which includes acquisitions and organic growth. Led by chief executive Doug Sedge, Sparrows specialises in offshore crane engineering and pipe lay systems.
