Spence hires new director

ACTUARIAL firm Spence and Partners has opened a new London office and hired a director as head of its UK trustee advisory service.

South African-born Marian Elliot will have a national remit and joins the Glasgow firm's board.

Chief executive Brian Spence said: "Marian is an experienced and extremely competent operator within the pensions industry and we are very excited about her joining our team. Her exceptional track record will undoubtedly bolster our offering as a firm."
