STAMP trading firm Stanley Gibbons has agreed a deal to buy art and antiques dealer Mallett for £8.6 million.
The company, which was founded in 1865, said the move was part of its strategy of becoming a leading online collectibles marketplace and a global auction house for fine and decorative arts.
