Sterling Furniture design hub

INDEPENDENT retailer Sterling Furniture has created five new jobs to open an interior design hub at its Tillicoultry store.

Managing director Gordon Mearns said the investment came amid signs of growing consumer confidence.

He said: "Developing our flagship store in Tillicoultry is a positive step in the continued growth of our business."

The company has previously introduced similar design hubs at outlets in Glasgow and Aberdeen.
