STV's chief executive has cashed in more than £105,000 of shares awarded under company bonus schemes.
Rob Woodward received 114,919 shares from a deferred bonus award from 2010 plus 71,107 for 2011 and sold 89,903 at a price of 117p.
Finance director George Watt received 104,796 shares then sold 50,653 for a windfall of £59,264.
Mr Woodward still holds 298,802 shares in the Glasgow media company, which is equivalent to 0.78% of the issued share capital, with Mr Watt holding 199,592 shares or 0.51%. STV confirmed the shares had been sold to cover income tax liabilities.
