Taqa reports a record year

Abu Dhabi-owned Taqa said it produced a record average 61,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day in the UK North Sea in the first half, up from 30,500 boed in the same period of 2013.

The increase follows the integration of a $1 billion portfolio of Central North Sea assets acquired from BP last year.
